Report a code or guide correction

Include the page URL and the code, weapon or item name. Tell us what the game showed and when you saw it. For a code, copy the exact error message and include your player level if there is a level requirement. “Already redeemed” and “level too low” describe different problems from an expired code.

A screenshot of the reward, recipe or unlock screen helps us find the same entry. Crop out private account details. You can use the code report helper to prepare an email with the relevant fields. It opens a draft for you to review and send.
