Most of the roster comes through Arsenal. Mochi Commander is tied to the Zenless banner, while Shadow Monarch and Flame Director have raid routes. More summon rolls will not replace a raid-only acquisition requirement.
After obtaining a weapon, equip it through your inventory or Arsenal interface. Visit Evolution to inspect awakening requirements, and use the skill tree to strengthen the weapon as you play.
