Select the Zenless banner in Arsenal and look for Cataclysm in its weapon pool.

Farm Mana Feathers and Waves Cores in Chapter 3 or Infinite Mode, and Soul Fragments and Magic Pendants in Chapter 1.

Awaken Cataclysm to unlock the ultimate. Use basic attacks between frost skills, and move out of enemy warning areas.
